Cause:

Solution:


Step a: Disable Device Guard or Credential Guard:

Disable to enable Credential Guard Group Policy settings.
On the host operating system, right-click "Start"> "Run", type gpedit.msc, and then click "OK." Local Group Policy Editor opens.
Go to Local Computer Policy> Computer Configuration> Administrative Templates> System> Device Guard (Or: Protective Equipment)> Enable virtualization-based security.
Select Disabled.
 
Go to "Control Panel"> "Uninstall Programs"> "Turn Windows features" to turn off Hyper-V.
Choose not to restart.
