Excuting an order:

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

2) Close the service

Open the service:

Close and stop the "HV Host Service" and all Hyper-V related services:

Note: Since it is Win10 Home Edition, there is no Hyper-V in "Windows Features":

Therefore, all Hyper-V related services are closed directly through "Services".

Similarly, win10 Home Edition does not have a "Local Group Policy Editor", nor does it have to manually turn off "Device Guard". (But it doesn’t seem to have any effect? Or is the root cause just Hyper-V?)

3) Try opening the VMware virtual machine again and it starts normally.
