Overview of issues
I found some time to my macbook pro external display, whether they are in the office or at home, if vscode is open, followed by the display inside the word becomes blurred. Only close vscode reopen the text was clear. Other applications have not found such a situation.

1.41.1 VSCode
macOS 10.15.2
external monitor dell u2412m
Solution
Execute the following command in the terminal to restart vscode, later even the screen should not.
defaults write com.microsoft.VSCode.helper CGFontRenderingFontSmoothingDisabled -bool NOIn this issue where contributors in 2019, said October 16 has been fixed in the latest version of it, but my vscode currently is the latest version, I do not know why there is no fix. In short order the implementation of the above problem can be solved.
