Netty 4.1.45.Final release, asynchronous event-driven network application framework

Netty 4.1.45.Final released, this is the first release in 2020.

This version mainly fixes bug, also fixes two fallback questions:

• BufferOverflowException repair during non-secure PooledDirectByteBuf resize
• FlushConsolidationHandler may suppress errors Refresh
• When validation fails, utf8FrameValidator buffer must be released
• Compare avoid possible violations of the statute
• Ignore inline comments when resolving name servers
