RocksDB 6.5.3 release, kv storage system

Bug Fixes

• Fixed memory and history trim two performance-related issues. First of all, only when the actual trimming some memory table, just create a new SuperVersion. Secondly, only if there is at least a refresh of the memory table remain in memory for a transaction conflict checking, the plan was trimmed.
