220V AC through the current limiting resistor R1 680Ω, 1N4007 diode half-wave rectifier, filtered by capacitor C1 through the DC voltage 311V. 311V DC through winding L1 of the high-frequency transformer KSP43 reach the collector. 311V DC electrode through R2 while generating a base current in the base winding L2 via the high-frequency transformer reaches KSP42. KSP42 turned on, the current through the loop L1 is formed.
