How win10 systems to create personalized icon

1. Make bmp format images

Use win10 comes with drawing tools to open your own picture, after a good crop saved as .bmp picture

 

2. Right-click, rename the file suffix to .ico

 

3. Right-click the icon of the need to change the folder / shortcut, procedures, etc.

Properties --- --- --- Change Icon Custom

Select .ico just change a good picture, OK, OK.
