The method of operation

is first opened by operation of the interface Win + R key combination input box regedit command interface, open the registry.

in the open registry interface, we find the Control Panel file HKEY_Current_User under the folder, double-click to open the Control Panel folder, open the Desktop Window Metrics following options, as shown below
03 found on the right side IconSpacing options, double-click on this option with the mouse, in the pop-up Edit String value interface IconSpacing modify the value of the required value (I recommended values -1130),
04 Then find IconVerticalSpace option, the same double-click this option, edit IconVerticalSpace string value (I recommended values -1130)
05 is set up, restart the computer.
