Reconfigure and open WinRE
First, as an administrator to run CMD
enter the console reagentc /info
to view information WindowsRE
reagentc /info

now use the following command to open or close WindowsRE

reagentc /enable

reagentc /disable
After entering reagentc / enable, if the display operation is successful, state your winre.wim files are not deleted, just WindowsRE is disabled, it is now open after normal. But if there is a path not found, state your winre.wim deleted files and WindowsRE is disabled
and now you need to find any win10 mirror C:\Windows\System32\Recovery\winre.wim
file, using 7-zip you can open the windows and mirrored copy this file to C:\Recovery\WindowsRE
the , it should be noted that: Recovery folder in the root directory C is hidden by default and can not be viewed directly, can be marked directly in the path explorer directly above the carriage return on it, if not WindowsRE folder Recovery, need to manually create this folder and winre.wim extract to here, and properties in this folder are set to hide

reagentc /setreimage /path C:\Recovery\WindowsRE
After a successful display operation, you can then open winre
reagentc /enable
