System Settings
Staff Management
公司（商家）只需要一个账号时，可以不用操作员工管理，多用户时，管理员（注册的账号就是管理员）可以在员工管理中新增员工账号，新增账号可直接登录，不需要再次注册，新增账号自动加入本公司（商家）。
角色管理
多用户时，不同的用户需要分配不同的工作，可以创建不同的角色，根据实际需要给不同的角色分配不同的权限。
权限分配：左侧为全部功能菜单，右侧为已分配给该角色的菜单。
注册账号角色为管理员，不可修改，管理员角色下只能有一个账号，其它角色不限制。
基础资料
仓库管理
商品存放仓库。以超市为例，有实际仓库（多个）和店铺，店铺也算一个仓库。
库位管理
仓库中的库位。店铺中货架可以算作库位。
供应商管理
进货供应商，供应商联系方式等。
客户管理
用于管理长期合作的客户，一般零售客户可以不计。
产品管理
在售商品管理，需要先进行商品录入后，才可以进行进货和销售等操作。
资金账号
日常进货付款，销售收款账号，可以是现金，支付宝，微信，银行卡等，用于财务功能的收支统计。现金账号可以随意填写。
库存管理
商品入库
商品进货入库，相当于入库单，可选择入库产品，数量，单价，总计价格，实付价格，货款已结或未结。
库存查询
查询库存中现有商品数量，及商品所在仓库，库位，商品库存，位置一目了然。
调拨
商品在不同仓库，库位之间进行调拨，数量调整
报损
商品因不同原因已经不可继续出售，需要报损处理
入库审核
商品入库审核，一般多用户时，由库存管理员或者财务审核入库信息，已核对入库商品、数量或价格等信息。只有已审核的数据才会在库存查询中显示。
出库审核
商品出库审核，一般多用户时，由库存管理员或者财务审核出库信息，已核对出库商品、数量或价格等信息。只有已审核的数据才会在出库查询中显示。
出库操作有：零售、报损、自用等。
入库查询
查询商品入库记录，可按入库单进行统计，也可按产品进行统计。

销售管理
商品销售
用于商品出售开单。记录当前操作人出售记录。
销售单列表
查看公司（商家）所有销售记录，一般用于管理人员查询销售情况。
财务管理
收支列表
查看指定日期内所有进货单，出货单货款已支付，未支付，已收款和未收款的信息，对于未收款或未支付的货款，在收款或者支付时，可以在本页面进行收款和支付操作。
收支统计
查看指定日期内，所有资金账号的收支统计和收支明细，方便公司（商家）管理人员和财务查看运营状况。
