个人感悟

2019年是互联网的寒冬，很多程序猿被 n + 1，但是在我们社区大佬的圈子里，很多人都平滑过渡，甚至加入了世界500强，这似乎在告诉我们，对于少数优秀的人来说，寒冬其实也是可以升职加薪的，前提是你要足够的优秀。

2019年我参加了两场面试，通过社区人脉内推。

第一场是广州 WPF 大厂的面试，面试结果是经验不足被拒，毕竟工作经验只有一年，只好继续猥琐发育了。

第二场是一家创业公司，架构师是我们社区的大佬，听说他们在招人之后，我立马改了改简历发了过去，第二天收到了面试邀请，第三天请了假过去面试，面试过程还是很愉快的，毕竟都是我们社区的大佬，不过结果还是失败了，因为大佬以为我是一直从事服务端开发的，然后又因为是社区内推，简历都没细看就给我发了面试邀请，我们社区真是 NB 。

虽然大佬没有给我发 offer，但是也以他十几年的开发经验给了我很多建议，让我获益匪浅。虽然面试之前每天中午睡觉都在幻想面试成功之后升职加薪，回家光宗耀祖，但是失败之后幻想破灭，也没有特别的感觉，继续回到现实猥琐发育，期待着参加 2019 上海 .NET 开发者峰会。

面试被拒后我在社区微信群里加了大佬的微信，表达了对他的建议的感激之情，大佬也很高兴自己的个人经验对我有帮助，表示以后可以多多交流。过了一周后，在下班的公交车上，突然收到大佬的信息，要不你还是来我们这吧，我的嘴角微微上扬，掩盖住了内心的狂喜，收到 offer 之后我足足兴奋了一周，好像梦想突然实现了，原来就是这种感觉。现在已经入职快两个月了，内心也从兴奋到了平静，每天继续猥琐发育，坚持运营公众号，继续在社区发光发热。

对于这两次面试经历做个总结，每个程序猿都应该参与到社区的圈子中，一方面是可以在社区中了解市场行情，对外部环境保持敏锐的嗅觉，另一方面是通过社区可以打造个人品牌，坚持学习，坚持输入并得到反馈，最终成长为一个优秀的人，在寒冬中起飞。
