CUBA Platform 7.1.3 release, this release includes major Bug fixes for CUBA Core and reporting, BPM and other components of the expansion, a total of more than 30, recommended upgrades.

1. Fixed line DataGrid component under multi-select mode may appear when you click the NPE
2. Fixed Fragment assembly nested assembly during question can not be displayed when the UI permission to authorize
3. Fixed call SideMenu component getSelectedItem method NPE problems that may arise
4. Fixed "not in" query filter conditions of use are not the right questions
5. Fixed error message may appear when first created MySql database development environment issues
