CUBA Studio 15 released, an enterprise-level rapid development platform

I am happy to inform you that we have released a new version of CUBA Studio-  15.0

You can   download CUBA Studio here or use IntelliJ IDEA (version 2020.2 and above) to update the plug-in directly.

This version has the following major updates:

  • Support to configure database connection parameters with environment variables
  • Support for displaying all source files in a separate section in the CUBA project tree
  • Support grouping database update scripts by month
  • ZipProject Gradle task added to the main menu
  • Unified the interface of subscribing to events and installing agent methods
  • Improved platform version migration UI
  • Improved the installation process of commercial extension components
  • Check that the extension component is not registered in the web.xml file and prompt
  • Support editing ~/.gradle/gradle.properties file in IDE
  • Support downloading JDK directly when selecting JDK in the project wizard
  • Standalone IDE upgrade to IntelliJ Platform 2020.2
  • Other function improvements and bug fixes

Beta users
Thank you very much to every community user who has tried the BETA version! Follow the steps below to return to the stable version:

  • Open IDEA Settings -> Plugins window
  • Uninstall the CUBA plugin
  • Click on the  ⚙ icon and select Manage Plugin Repositories
  • Remove the "beta" repository from the repository list
  • Reinstall the CUBA plug-in, this time it will be installed from the stable version warehouse
