"Nantong University - teaching integrated information service platform" user experience analysis

For the new Nantong University teaching integrated information service platform, said some of the views about me. (Following observations are drawn through the phone log, log on to the computer there will be differences.)

A satisfactory place:

1, login interface is simple and clear, also add the "Forgot Password" prompt and log in tips.

The reason: The interface is customary. With the necessary tips and help, we can give the user a better experience.

2, the system sets the search function, when the user wants to sign up, can quickly find the information.

The reason: the rapid and timely feedback to the user. This feature can help users quickly find the appropriate information.

 

3, including the results of a query and query information is accurate course.

The reason: in line with harmonization and standardization.

Second, not satisfied:

1, system crash.

Recommendation: stable server.

 

2, the query results table

When the query information through access to personal information → → performance information is displayed in Figure 2-1, the contents of some relevant results than can be displayed. Column such as: when I am asking for this course Introduction to computer performance, but I can only see the computer, can not get the information I want.

When the information through inquiry → student achievement query, display is shown in Figure 2-2, users need to swipe left or right to see the information.

The reason: interface does not conform to convention.

Recommendation: the two interfaces into a unified interface. I personally feel will optimize the interface in Figure 2-1, the entire contents of the grid display on it.

3, schedule inquiry

When the timetable displayed in a table, the interface is too big, you need to slip around the user. Figure 3-1.

When the timetable displayed in a list, a tabular frame is too large, it requires the user to slide down a lot in order to understand the full class schedule information. Figure 3-2.

The reason: interface does not conform to convention.

Recommendation: The table shows the width of the interface will be a small point, the grid will list the size of the display screen of a small point.

4, student achievement query details

The inquiry which has no content, I think it can be deleted, and repeat queries student achievement.

Reason: duplicate content, redundant.
