Windows firewall can not change some settings error code 0x80070422
Solution:
1, cmd -> services.msc Press Enter to open services;
2, the service interface, double-click to open the [Windows Firewall] the "Startup type" was changed to [Auto], click [application], then "start" button becomes selectable, click [start] - OK, as below:
3, complete the setup, select [Control Panel \ All Control Panel Items \ Windows Firewall] would be able to use!
