JIRA Servcie Desk is a help desk management software, which provides a simple and intuitive user experience for your customers, and integrates powerful SLA support, customizable service queues, automated request management and real-time reporting.
By jra Cloud for Sheets, you can use the existing Jira filter or custom JQL (Jira Query Language) to import the data into a spreadsheet Jira.
Installation in Google Sheets
Google Sheets spreadsheet:
Click the Add-ons, then click the add-ons Get ...
Search Jira Cloud for Sheets, then hover on the card, and then click + Free.
Follow the prompts to provide access to Google Spreadsheet form of add-ons.
Connect your cloud site / instance
Open Google Sheets spreadsheet, and then select Add-ons → Jira Cloud for Sheets → Open ...
Click CONNECT, which will open a new browser window.
Choose the sites to add from the list of available sites, and then click Accept.
After the authorization is successful, you will be redirected to a Google spreadsheet form, and you should see something similar to the following (also known as hamburger menu):
Import data from Jira
Now, you can click Get Data from Jira, and then use one of the following methods to import into a spreadsheet Jira issue:
Use JQL
If you do not write specific JQL query, the system will import all issues in all projects.

Click Get Data.

Using filters
