所以今天这个会开完之后,因为毕竟我在公司待了快一年多了,所以以我对整个公司中层和基层的情况来说这件事儿,或者说早上这个会三个小时,肯定是浪费时间,不会有人执行,或者有人执行的时候也仅仅是复制粘贴,完全不是老板想要的结果也就是又白开了一早上的会

2 从这个事情上来说,网络工程师又能够学到什么呢?

昨天我咨询网络工程师成长日记的时候,我就写到了一个这样的问题,在过去也曾经困扰过,我也曾经困扰过很多朋友的一个问题

比如当时我还是在做培训行业,也就是主做网络工程师培训,并没有切入到系统集成,我当时迫切和急需指导系统集成到底是怎么做的

但是我的竞争对手又不可能直接告诉我答案,所以当时我把一些已经在这个行业工作的朋友叫过来喝茶吃饭就不断的问他们该怎么样切入,该注意什么,然后有什么样的捷径来做。

我当时报希望最大的是在思科工作的一个朋友,还有几个在华为工作的朋友。当然很有可能是我找错了人,因为毕竟他们曾经都是网络工程师技术岗位出身的,所以这些人叫过来喝茶吃饭之后,通常回答不了我的任何问题,或者压根不理解,我想知道的答案是什么,动不动又拐到了技术方向,或者告诉我有些地方不好操作,而我只是想知道到底怎么做,我并不想知道这个事情有多难做,因为我觉得我的能力总能够想办法去克服,或者别人所说的困难只是片面的。

所以慢慢的我也不想叫这些人来吃饭了,纯属耽误时间浪费钱,因为虽然他去了大型厂家,可是他还是没有跳到,如果自己去接活该怎么办这个阶段

肯定有网友会给我说,为什么我不直接找一个系统集成公司的老板问问,我想说其实找竞争对手,他是打死都不会告诉你的。

3 我觉得最有效的方法是直接去做也别想了。

后来我是怎么解决这个问题呢,我们先来说系统集成这个问题,在之前的文章中我也提到了,因为我做过很多年的网络工程师培训老师,并且我自己就是老板,我就是开培训班的,但是我的系统集成当初并没有概念。

怎么参与招投标?怎么写方案?怎么制作标书?参与投标的时候该怎么注意?怎么样找到这个项目背后的人?这个项目是不是靠谱?或者这个项目只做施工。从哪到更多的项目?如果这个项目是别人的关系的活,我怎么样能区分出来?或者我说最简单一点就是我现在想踏入到一个我未知的领域,我该怎么做?

事实证明,我问别人没有得到答案,或者只是一些皮毛性的东西。所以不如干脆直接参加是最快的。所以第1次去的时候是某大酒店的弱电安防系统改造,我是初生牛犊不怕虎,直接在互联网上找到这个招投标信息,打电话给对方直接报名参加。网上找资料看投标的文件怎么写,因为从酒店那里也拿到了标书的一些参考文件。开标的时候几个公司一起去投标,还有人现场放弃了,我也不知道为什么,我不管那么多了,现场的讲标唱标都由我来完成。同时这个系统的报价各个产品选型在淘宝的价格,代理商的价格,厂家怎么沟通?最后还有甲方的不断沟通,整个一系列流程我都走了一遍。

这个时候我就想骂人了,其实自己做一天就解决了。而问这个问那个,他们始终回答不到你想知道的答案。

现在你是不是好像理解我所说的,这就是为什么我要去讲有很多朋友问我在职业中怎么发展,我都是这样回答的,现在你只是一个网络工程师,虽然这是一个很普通的技术型岗位,但是如果你是我的亲兄弟,我会告诉你上班的时候务必在短短的几个月内打听清楚,公司跟厂家是怎么沟通的,公司跟厂家是怎么合作的代理商还有什么竞争对手,客户是怎么开发的,销售团队有几个人?他们是怎么找到客户的?跟客户是怎么谈的?费用是多少?市场开发又是怎么做的?技术员工需要会什么?整个公司是怎么运作的,有哪些是无法复制的,有哪些是可以复制的?如果出了钱的原因,这个公司如果你自己去开会有什么样的问题?

我让你带着这样的信念去工作,不是让你去谋反!不是让你去创业。

而是当你的定位是把自己当成总经理的时候,你会发现公司和团队中的一切问题都将不再是问题,你还会在意工作中那些鸡毛蒜皮的小事儿吗!!?

如果你在你的那个团队中见到一个我所说的这个人,你猜他下一步动作会做什么

现在想想,这些事儿为什么到中层基层执行不好,那反过来如果我们去上班,我们作为网络工程师怎么样把工作做好呢?答案不是有了。
