Of course, I am not all companies will go to the interview, because time is limited, wait until autumn to recruit a lot of companies will interview the conflict, you have to make a choice. I was basically put most of my interest in a second-tier Internet companies are interviewed before.
那么如何去制定一个秋招的计划呢？我们现在说的不是复习计划，而是一个作战计划。因为现在说复习计划，其实有点为时过晚，而作战计划对现在来说才恰到好处。下面咱们仔细说说怎么制定作战计划。
七月份的时候你必须至少要准备好一份你自己这个方向，这个岗位的一份比较满意的简历。
简历是第一步，然后你要了解网上的招聘渠道，内推的渠道。这里就不得不提牛客网，然后像脉脉，boss直聘等求职网站。有了这两样东西，你就可以完成网申了。
然后接下来的环节就是笔试，笔试的话，因公司而异，可能是线上或者是线下，但现在大部分都是在线上笔试，而且现在基本上都是在牛客网做笔试。
所以尽量把牛客网上的笔试题你多刷一刷，把LeetCode，剑指offer等经典题库都刷一刷，都是很好的参考题型，包括历年真题你也需要多去练手。所以你在笔试这一块的话，这段时间是一点都不能落下的。笔试就跟做数学题一样，你需要保持一个手感，所以你这两个月的求职过程中，笔试基本上是不能落下的。
而且刚好秋招过程中你需要参加的笔试面试也比较多，所以你有很多机会去做那些公司的在线笔试，你会发现你每天都得做那些公司的题目，你的手感也会慢慢积累，过完笔试，接下来就到面试环节了。
面试的话，其实也是一个道理，你可以在一次又一次的面试中逐渐积累经验，一开始的话，你一定要对简历上的内容非常的熟悉，简历上一定要写你的强项，写出那些你真的能说出个所以然的内容，然后在面试的时候，面试官一定会着重提问你简历上的内容，所以你必须要好好发挥你在简历上的亮点。
网申、简历、笔试、面试就是秋招最重要的四样东西，你要发现你在秋招过程中基本上每天都要做这四件事情，你要投简历，你要参加笔试你，要参加面试。
那么如何让自己有一个更好的状态呢，其实说到底，你准备的情况是会很真实地反映在求职过程中的，如果你准备的好，你在一家公司面试顺利，其他所有公司都能会很顺利。相反，如果你准备的不充分，你在一家公司面的不好，可能在其他公司就会屡屡失败，这其实就是28定律吧，80%的offer掌握在20%人的手里。
但是我要说的是，秋招其实还是挺看运气的，比如说如果你能在笔试题多拿几分，多做一道题，你可能就可以有机会参加面试。
很多同学的笔试都是弱项，当面试的话大家的整体的实力差距会明显的比较小一点，特别是一些比较小一点的公司来说，很难就是从一个面试者套路式的回答来分辨出它们之间的一个差距，而你大公司的话，面试官会问得非常的详细，但中小公司相对来说会比较水一点，他们很难分辨优秀的面试者和混水摸鱼的人。
为什么我要说运气呢，因为之前我有个同学，就是秋招前期非常不顺利，然后后期还是成功逆袭了，拿到了百度美团等大厂的offer，你能想象吗，9月之前他一个offer都没拿到，后面都有点自暴自弃了。但是我依然在鼓励他，不要放弃，坚持到最后。
好在他也继续坚持了下去，到最后有几次面试的时候，他自己感觉发挥的都不是很好，但是还是拿到了offer，所以千万不要放弃，对于秋招这种长期的持久战来说，放弃就意味着你丧失了很多的机会。
我算了一下，一次秋招你至少可以参加30家公司的笔试和面试，所以有任何一家公司能给你offer，你都可以算是一个胜利者。
所以把心态放平，先用一些小公司去练手，然后再把更多的时间用来准备你感兴趣的那些公司，，特别是像BAT这样的公司，面试的要求会比较高，所以你一定要做好了万全的准备再去尝试，要不然可能这一次机会，会被你浪费掉，所以一定要把握住自己的机会。
然后再说一些，求职方面的一些小技巧吧，不能说小技巧，算是小贴士好吧。
比如说，提前批面试，内推这些渠道要不要参与呢？我跟你说一定要参与，特别是对于有准备的同学来说，提前批、内推都是一个弯道超车的机会，特别是提前批，他可以直接给你锁定offer，这意味着你后面的面试，很多轮不用参加了，然后如果是内推的话，在这个年头是比较不值钱的。
所以内推的作用不是很大，但是你如果不内推的话，可能机会就更少了，所以能内推的尽量内推。前面的提前批、内推两次机会，如果你这两次机会都没把握住，别灰心，其实还有机会，刚好也是最后一次机会，也就是最正式的秋季招聘，大概在9月份开始。
秋招的话，应该算是每年都会有的一个盛宴吧，特别是像宣讲会啊、线下的一些笔试面试会变得特别多，特别多，特别多。宣讲会的话，除非提供给你笔试面试机会，要不然基本上完全是在浪费时间。
如果有线下笔试、面试的机会一定要把握住。相对而言，我觉得线下面试是比线上面是要困难一些的，因为会有很多手写算法的考察，还有一些临场应变的考察。这里我也想给大家提个醒，线下的求职过程相对要繁琐一点，比如说一般是需要在酒店集合，然后做个签到，接着排队等候面试，你需要跟面试官当面的去沟通交流，这会特别辛苦。
说实话，我当时陪着我朋友跑了很多的线下面试，真的感觉好累啊！真的是跟打仗一样，一场接一场。
所以到线下求职的环节，我想提几个建议：
第一点就是，能早到尽量提早到，因为有时候你早到现场就可以早签到，少一些等候时间，因为有时候你会发现一等可能一下午就过去了，你本来可能可以用这些时间再去复习更多的东西。
第二点就是。线下的面试一定要自信。，定要能够很好的跟面试官沟通交流，比如说自我介绍，要很熟练，然后对面试官的一些问题，一定要做好充分准备，要能够快速的反应。不要在那边支支吾吾的，给人家留下不好的印象。
第三点就是，对于手写算法题一定要有所准备，自己平时特意练习一下，平时多在纸上写写算法，然后到现场写的时候，你就不会这么紧张了。
第四点就是，调整好心态，然后安排好时间，因为你会发现你很多时间都是花费在去面试场地的路上，这段时间会非常的长，等待的时间同样会非常的长。
有时候你会感觉身心疲惫。特别是你一天要跑很多个面试点的话，你真的会感觉好累的！所以一定要做好充分的准备，身体和心理上都要有准备。
最后一点就是，秋招是你跟很多人之间一个较量的环节，但是也是跟很多人合作的一个机会，你需要多跟你的同学合作，一起参加招聘，一起准备求职，这样你会感觉没有那么孤独，没有那么累，就跟考研一样，大家一起战斗的话，会让你整个过程中更加的有自信，不会轻易放弃。
