PDFsam Basic 4.0.5 release, PDF document merging and cutting tools

PDFsam Basic is a free, open-source, multi-platform software, used to split, merge, extract pages, mixing and rotate PDF files. 4.0.5 has been released, updated as follows:

• The PDF engine (Sejda) upgrade to the latest version (3.2.85)
• The AdoptOpenJDK upgrade to the latest version (11.0.5)
• Upgrade Translation
• Fixed a stop PDFsam start on some Windows machines the wrong question
