RW地址内存是有掉电保持的特性，当你给RW赋值后，哪怕掉电重启后，RW相应的地址还是你赋值的地址。RW地址也叫配方寄存器，范围：0-524287（格式：DDDDDD，表示十进制格式）

还有一个地址需要说明，就是LB地址，叫本地位地址，范围为：0-12095（格式：DDDDD，表示十进制格式），他和LW一样没有掉电保持特性，LW字地址，LB是位地址。
