In VMware CentOS7 mount the CD-ROM system set up local yum

1. Software Preparation:

Installing VMware environment, here I am using VMware15

A virtual machine system, here I am using CentOS7 (version might be a little different and out, but it should be little difference)

Here there is a premise that has been created yum, specifically how to install not presented here

2. Open the virtual machine, log root account, enter the password

 

 3. After landing, then click the lower right corner of the small CD button, click on the connection, already installed mount the image (I installed CentOS7 virtual machine system has been well placed in the image), the icon will be more of a CD-ROM desktop file, while the disc icon in the lower right corner of the small light up, if no image can be downloaded to the official website or find their own systems and the corresponding images in the following connection:

4. A mouse click on the desktop, open the terminal

 

5. typing the command:

mkdir   /media/CentOS

mount  -t  auto  /dev/cdrom  /media/CentOS  

Create a mount point to mount

 

 

6. After a successful mount new mount point, to configure a profile, here to develop a good habit, before modifying the profile configuration files are backed up, the inside of mirrorlist attribute comments to the baseurl properties uncomment and change the mount point of the file, after editing, save and exit

command:

cd  /etc/yum.repos.d/

cp CentOS- Base.repo CentOS- Base.repo.bak

CentOS come-Base.repo

7. Clear the cache yum

Command: yum clean all

 

 8. Enter yum list can view all software that exist in the local yum, yum install XXXXX which specific installation on it
