百度等搜索引擎是每个互联用户都会接触到，所以只要下载一个浏览器同时联网，每一个用户都能使用百度等同类软件；
高校的综合管理系统软件则是每个高校内部的师生才能使用的软件，一般不对外界开放使用，学生们接触他们主要是由学校老师分享相关软件的下载地址进行下载并使用的；
Cortana助手则是windows10的用户才能接触到工具软件，其他版本并不支持该软件，所以必须使用最新的windows的用户才能使用这一软件，再者这一软件是嵌入到windows系统中的，无需进行下载。
3软件bug以及更新
搜索引擎的bug与软件更新一般在用户的角度上很难发现明显的错误，因此就算出现bug，一般用户也不清楚，可能会归结到网络环境等原因，而其版本迭代具体和其公司的安排有关，用户一般不可知。
综合管理系统软件的版本更新一般是通过软件制作方进行安排与规划的，此类软件的bug一般出现在用户实际使用过程中，出现界面显示错误等。
Cortana软件一般只是支持查询功能因此也很难确定其出现bug的情况。
4软件发展与竞争
市面上类似于百度这样的搜索引擎数量众多，因此此类软件的竞争也十分激烈，但幸运的是，由于此类软件很难有进一步的提升，并且实现的功能也大同小异并没用户非要选择其中一个理由因此我觉得这些搜索引擎毫无疑问都会存在很长一段时间，除非新的更好的技术催生了更好的应用去取代他们，否则在未来的十年内并不会有太大的变化。而综合事务管理这种软件由于市场较小，因此竞争不算巨大，重要的是其实现指定功能的流畅性。使得技术薄弱的开发团队处于劣势，但这种软件一旦应用，在未来的几年内也不会被淘汰，毕竟更换新系统对全校师生来说都是比较麻烦的。至于微软的Cortana助手完全是个试验品，并不承担和实现十分巨大的商业价值，因此在未来极其可能更新换代。
5软件特点
这些软件的一个明显的特点就是，它们都是没有实体的，它们都是依托于某种计算或存储设备来实现特定的功能并不被人们像传统的购买的商品，一旦购买到就可以拿到手观察他们的构造，这些都是不可见的。
6我的使用经历
最后谈一下个人使用这些软件的经历吧，搜索引擎在我大概初中的时候就开始使用了，那个时候还不知道为何会一旦搜索就会出现自己想要的信息。但是随着年龄的增长我就知道了一件事，那就是可以把计算机看做一个工具箱，可以帮你实现一些特别的功能，而搜索引擎实现的功能就是比较特别的那种。
至于本科院校的综合管理系统，我是在大三时才开始使用，因为之前早有了智能手机，也接触了众多的手机端软件，对学校提供使用的软件自然也就十分轻松地上手和掌握了。他确实解决了我们在本科时一些比较繁琐的问题比如饭卡充值，缴纳宿舍电费等都不需要我们自己去相应的办公室了，仅仅使用手机就可以完成相应的操作。
Cortana助手我也也只是在使用win10系统时体验，事实上和搜索引擎的区别就仅仅在于会显示你电脑上的相关文件与应用程序而已，其余的方面区别不大。
