11日晚上6点多接到美团电话约我第二天下午进行二面，12日下午3点进行了二面，全程没有问我一个技术问题，全是聊天，问我平时是怎么学习的，然后聊着聊着问到华为实习，问项目中遇到哪些困难，说完之后问我是怎么解决的，如果以后在遇到这些问题怎么处理之类的，最让我不能理解的是：面试官竟然问我你觉得华为哪里不好？我当时心里就慌了，怎么问我这种问题呢？我回答说，我觉得华为首先是一家不错的公司，毕竟是通讯领域的老大哥，然后部门里面同事的相处很融洽，对待我就跟学校同学对待我一样，感觉氛围比较好，比较轻松，然后面试官说，我问你的是华为哪里不好....我就有点雨雾轮次了，想了想不知道怎么回答，然后他还是不肯放过我，我迟疑了一会，我说华为因为公司太大，员工太多，所以沟通起来效率比较低，然后举了个例子，说了下自己在华为实习的时候遇到的一些沟通上面的问题，以及自己是怎么解决的，然后他又问我如果你是管理者你会怎么去解决你说的这些问题，巴拉巴拉一大堆，感觉我没有说出令他满意的答案，然后就说今天的面试就到这里，连问问题的机会都不给我...当时心里是有点委屈的，不过想着这可能就是命吧，没办法，运气不好，过了十多分钟去美团招聘的官网一查，果然是凉了，状态变成了面试重置，感觉所有努力付之一炬...万分难过，美团这个打击太大了，以至于之后的两天玩了两天游戏，因为干啥都提不起劲儿，然后我王者打动了星耀三...毕竟这个号是九月份找工作以来为了减压才开始玩的...跑题了啊哈哈哈。

紧接着25号参加了招商银行网络科技中心的线下面试，现场两面技术面加一面hr面，我是早上十点到的，约的是11：00面试，可我一直等到下午一点才面上一面...后来了解到一共就6个面试官，每一面两个面试官，所以就很慢...而且面试的酒店连个接待的人员都没有，所有的好感都消失殆尽...好在面试现场全是认识的小伙伴，一起有说有笑互相扯皮，时间过去的还算比较快。一面轻松加愉快，上来自我介绍来一套，面试官看我是非科班，然后就是算法题随便抽一道，记得是数组循环右移k位哦，拿到题目之后，真开心，这么简单！然后面试官问我，是不是挺简单的？我没有说话，假装在思考。然后过了半分钟，我先给面试官说了解题思路，然后面试官说talk is cheap, show me the code.面试官说，我给你5分钟！我故作惊讶地说，啊啊啊！（我知道我要是敢说好，他就敢给我换一道！）谁知道下一题还能不能撕出来呢，啊哈哈哈！然后稳了一些很常规的题目，基本都回答出来了，除了数据库视图的题，我就说了下视图就是个虚拟表，然后是干啥用的，再往深了就不会了，面试官看我不会也就没在问了。接着就让我出去等二面，大概是2点半左右，二面的，自我介绍来一套，微服务框架来一套，场景题来三道，场景题目回答的一般，感觉没有特别听懂面试官的意思？但是面试官很好，看我回答不上来就自问自答，答对的就继续深挖，不会了他再补充，整个过程十分愉快，愉快到面试官都忘了让我手撕代码，啊哈哈哈，感觉自己又赚了！最后等到3点40才hr面，hr事情比较多，感觉招商银行网络科技中心的hr是我遇到过最能问的hr，问了一大堆问题，还诈我，他都没问我是不是单身，然后上来就问我去了招银女朋友怎么办...我这么优秀怎么可能有女朋友，啊哈哈哈，最后有些问题问了我两次，我察觉到他可能是怕我在说谎，我这么正直，我怎么可能说谎！你们说是吧？啊哈哈哈。25号这天连午饭都没吃，因为害怕去吃饭就错过面试了，当然这不是说我有多难，秋招的大家都一样~

自从拿到了这个168红包我就转运了，第二天也就是26号晚上hr给我打电话，拿到了华为的offer，但是hr谎称不知道我的薪资(我问了部门里面天津的实习生的薪资，其实有心理准备了)， 看破不说破，其实我已经有不好的预感了。由于当时手里offer都过期了，想着就算华为给我个最低的价格，可能我也得签，毕竟我是个俗人，不敢拿秋招裸奔作为代价而拒绝华为。然后时间到了27号，签约现场，10点47分，大家都去沟通offer薪资情况了，我趴在桌子上填写着我的三方协议，想着刚才华为hr说的明年4月份才能统一办理解约，我陷入了沉思。这时候，坐在我边上的小伙伴提醒我，说你有电话~然后我定睛一看，竟然是一个来自湖北武汉的神秘电话，其实心里已经有数了，也就小米在武汉有公司。果不其然，就是小米的hr，然后跟我沟通了手里的offer情况，帮我分析了一波这些公司，然后顺势说出小米的优势，说实话小米那边的部门是我比较中意的，主要是做小米电商的订单处理这块的业务。然后就是小米的hr特别实诚，怎么说呢？就说说话很直，但是又有礼貌，还能说到你心坎里那种。我记得hr小姐姐跟我说，我们不想某为要你当场决定签不签(其实华为也可以拖到节后)，也不像某东工资还分为基本工资和绩效工资。跟小米hr小姐姐的交流真的是最愉快的，感觉双方都很真诚，有啥说啥。真的感谢小姐姐这个offer call，虽然是正常的薪资水平，但是也让我有底气拒绝华为的低价offer(秋招拿到的最低薪资)，拒绝签订不平等条约！下午回到浑南校区，3点半就收到了京东的录用函，真的是大起大落的一天，毫不夸张地说，小米改变了我人生的轨迹，最主要的是我觉得自己受到了尊重！
