WebStorm 2019.2.3 released, the main updates are as follows:
- The navigation bar is now displayed correctly in full-screen mode on macOS ( JBR-1649 )
- git branch "compared with the current" (Compare with Current) now displays a dialog box like the 2019.1 version ( IDEA-209 664 )
