PhpStorm 2019.2.3 released, contains a series of bug fixes and improvements, major updates are as follows:
Contrast scroll bar
PhpStorm offers many customization features, but lacks the scroll bar to set the color for function. This release introduces a new option "Use Contrast scroll bar" (Use contrast scrollbars), may Preferences | enabled Appearance | Appearance & Behavior.
