plsql table and notes field is garbled

Modify pl / sql developer encoding format:

Create a system environment variable named "NLS_LANG" in the windows, set its value to "SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA .ZHS16GBK",

Then restart pl / sql developer, so retrieved Chinese content will not be garbled. If you want to UTF8 character set, you can give "NLS_LANG" as "AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8", and then restart the pl / sql developer. Other character sets ibid.
