PLSQL dev garbled characters set

Query Character Set SQL:

select userenv('language') from dual;

 

Here character set encoding: SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK as an example

(If using UTF-8 is set to make the corresponding UTF-8, whichever is specific to a database query);

Add system environment variables NLS_LANG, value: SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK;

 

 

 

 

 

Click tools menu click on preferences in the pop-up window to find language under Appearance in PLSQL, choose Settings Simplified Chinese can be.
