Pagoda panel HTTPS / SSL certificate deployment installation tutorial
where they talk about nginx and Apache environments.
Our certificate application down will generally include Apache, IIS, nginx, four environmental certificate file of Tomcat. We used to choose according to their own environment.
nginx environment (which is two certificate file):
This is a two crt file extension is a key.
Crt certificate which is pagoda panel (PEM format), key is the pagoda panel key (KEY)
we use a text editor to open both files. After opening there are some digital picture and
we copied the contents inside, which you can then fill in the pagoda panel. crt on the corresponding certificate pagoda panel (PEM format), key on the corresponding key pagoda panel (KEY)
and save it.
Apache environment (three certificate files):
certificate file Apache environment has three.
Names are 1_root_bundle.crt, 2_www.cheshirex.com.crt, 3_www.cheshirex.com.key
which:
3_www.cheshirex.com.key pagoda panel or the corresponding key KEY there. We copy the contents directly to fill key at the pagoda panel.
Content 1_root_bundle.crt and 2_www.cheshirex.com.crt two documents we need to splice it, then copied to the pagoda panel "certificate (PEM format)" inside.
File connection as shown below:
we open 1_root_bundle.crt and 2_www.cheshirex.com.crt these two files.
Copy the contents of the file 2_www.cheshirex.com.crt fill pagoda panel: certificate (PEM format) inside, and then fill in the content 1_root_bundle.crt 2_www.cheshirex.com.crt content directly below.
Other considerations: HTTPS / SSL data is transmitted via the port 443 of the server, the server remembers release 443 ports
do not enter https address to access is the first access to the http address, go port 80, and then jump to https, so you 80 does not turn cause can not access the http address or we often say that the problem will not jump https.
