xdhelper reconstruction of small note

xdhelper I released the first open source library, full of passion, a lot of problems. Taking advantage of time, there is a demand, a reconstructed version, to solve significant problems. Changed as follows:

1. babel preset by the latest upgrade to the env
2. Scattered in the root directory three webpack profile to move the new folder webpack
3. Review webpack configuration: removing the global variables ProvidePlugin implemented abandon module file output separately
4. Direct output file folder in the root directory of the compiled file instead dist
5. Instead of use require the introduction of import module
6. Removing the mask and the support module
7. Standardized method name, using the singular form of the noun
8. Add, update, remove part of the method
9. Update test cases
10. Use github wiki hosting API documentation
11. Re-edited, streamlined readme
12. Released version 2.0.0
