When learning of vSphere, vCenter Server and ESXi are essential products. Recommended to install VMware ESXi on a physical host, virtual machine and install vCenter Server in a physical ESXi host.
But by the experimental conditions, some friends can not physically test VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter Server, this time we can use VMware Workstation software testing. But when the test is a skill. Created in Workstation to install ESXi and ESXi virtual machine software, this is no debate, is vCenter Server, if fully simulate the production environment, and then in the ESXi virtual machine, install vCenter Server nested virtual machine is not necessary, because vCenter Server occupy a relatively large number of resources. In order to get a better experience, recommended vCenter Server deployed directly Workstation virtual machine.
In vSphere 6.0, when create Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016 virtual machine and install a version of Windows in a virtual machine in vCenter Server 6.0 Workstation, the vCenter Server Appliance can be deployed in the Workstation. Starting vSphere 6.5, in a production environment is recommended vCenter Server Appliance 6.5. 1 The first phase of the installation
Deploy vCenter Server Appliance in VMware Workstation 6.7 is relatively simple, ISO file as long as the virtual drive to load vcsa 6.7, the import of which OVA file. Here are the main steps. (This section VMware-VCSA-all-6.7.0-14367737.iso for example).
(1) use the virtual drive to load the VMware-VCSA-all-6.7.0-14367737.iso, browse expand VCSA folder, you can see the vCenter Server Appliance OVA file. As shown in Figure 1.

(2) in VMware Workstation, click the "File" menu, select "Open" command in the "Open" dialog box, browse section (1) step-loaded virtual drive vCenter Server Appliance folder, select the OVA file. as shown in picture 2.

（7）单击“SSO Configuration”选项卡，设置SSO账号（默认为[email protected]）密码，在此需要设置复杂密码（大小写字母、数字、非数字字符、长度超过6位）；）单击“System Configuration”选项卡，设置root账号密码。然后单击“导入”按钮，开始导入vcsa。如图6、图7所示。

（8）导入虚拟机完成之后，vcsa虚拟机自动启动，修改虚拟机配置，将网卡从默认的“桥接”改为“NAT”，如图8所示。

【说明】当前计算机VMnet8网络配置为192.168.80.0，如图9所示。

（9）之后耐心等待，直接在VMware Workstation的控制台中出现设置的管理地址，如图10所示。
