toarray appear memory error problem solving (time)

When you create a word frequency matrix, due to the large amount of data into a matrix in the toarray () occurred during a memory error.

I thought it was computer memory is too small, then tried to set the virtual memory, borrow large computer roommate, will not even run from the gpu. ! ! ! Cried
