After ssh connection to the server, enter localeto view the language configuration
1. Start the Configuration menu Armbian
sudo armbian-config
Were selected personal → Locales to enter the language selection interface:

en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8
zh_CN.GBK GBK
zh_CN.UTF-8 UTF-8
And select the tab key OKto enter the next screen select the default language

en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8
Continue tab -> OK -> Enter.
And other configuration is finished, you can return to the tab key to select Cancel shell command interface.
2. Download Chinese font
sudo apt-get install fonts-wqy-zenhei
Wait for the installation to complete
