How to set PyCharm to Chinese?
First click File-Settings in the upper left corner to enter the settings
After entering Settings, click Plugins, then click Marketplace, and then enter Chinese language pack in the search box, pay attention to the one with Han on the icon. Click install to install the plugin
It becomes Restart IDE, which means the download is complete. At this time, we only need to click Restart IDE to restart. After restarting, we will find that our PyCharm has become Chinese.
After the restart, the pages are all finished in Chinese.
If you need to go back to English, just go to Plugins and find the installed plugin
