Literature research
Literature research, also known as intelligence research, information research or literature survey, refers to the retrieval of documentation, collection, identification, collation, analysis, scientific understanding of the fact that the method of formation. Literature research generally consists of four basic components: issue or problem, collect documents, organize literature and review articles. Interview is qualitative research methods commonly used in social science research. The structure can be divided interview unstructured, structured and semi-structured interview, the major difference between the three interviewer that the degree of openness of the control for the interview questions. Among them, (ie open) interview unstructured interview, the interviewer lowest degree of control over the interview questions, the answers to the respondents less intervention; and structured interview (closed) interview the interviewer to interview questions the highest degree of control, the interviewer will put forward specific questions to the respondents, and get specific answers and records for this problem.
