[Reprint] the protection of the Quartus Code netlist file

When the course of the project, I do not want to party source, how? We can qxp use netlist file or vqm resource protection.
This paper explains the specific steps to generate these two files.

basic concept

QuartusII of qxp file QuartusII Exported Partition, used to create the netlist file after synthesis or PAR.
After QuartusII of vqm file verilog quartusII mapping, save only comprehensive, consolidated results before the PAR.

qxp file generation

1. Select the quartusII of the Project Navigator To create qxp the module file, right-click, select Design Partition - >> Set as Design Partition.
2. Integrated whole project, qxp the need to come up with PAR compile the entire project.
3. Click on the menu Process, select Start - >> Start Partition Merge, to create a complete module netlist.
4. Click on the menu Project, choose Export Design Partition.
5. In the pop-up window and select the desired level netlist option to export qxp file.
   Note: When using, still need to right click and select Set as Design Partition, otherwise, sometimes go wrong, but sometimes it oh. RTL Viewer to see qxp module is empty, but you can see the stuff inside the PAR.

vqm file generation

1. Create a corresponding module for the top-level project.
2. Click on the menu Process, select Start - >> Start VQM Writer, you can get vqm file.
   　　Note: Some devices do not support vqm Oh, only this time with a qxp.
