NuGet modify packages directory / migration cache folder

As shown, the following are the default configuration NuGet

 

Open C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft.VisualStudio.Offline.config NuGet \ Config directory can be seen as follows

 

 First cut this directory to other places, such as D: \ Program Files (x86) \ NuGetPackages

Then you can restart
