Background: SVN in a file folder name needs to be modified
Methods of operation:
For a file or have had svn source control folder, if you want to change the name, you can do this:
1. Select the file or folder "right" TortoiseSVN "renamed.
2.SVN submit.
3: Delete the old folder, update all the files in the same directory, return to the previous submission
