1. Create a user
The basic syntax
Create a user: useradd [options] username
(1) After a successful missionary user, and it will automatically create the same name as the user's home directory.
(2) You can also specify a directory name a new user through useradd -d, to the newly created user's home directory is specified.
2. Give the user to specify or change passwords
