Master boot record (MBR, Master Boot Record) is located in the front section of the disk guiding most (Loader) code. It is responsible for disk operating system (DOS) determine the legality of the partition of the disk read and write, partition boot location information, which is generated when the hard disk is initialized by the Disk Operating System (DOS).
When the failure of the master boot sector, may be unable to enter the boot menu, or the inability to find the correct position of the partition can not be loaded systems, is likely to enter through the black state when the hard disk boot host. In general, the idea is to solve the problem: make a backup file in advance, in order to install the CD-ROM boot into emergency mode, restore from a backup file.
