1、拓扑架构：采用星型拓扑结构组网，实施两层架构，简单拓扑增强系统稳定性；
2、带宽配置：接入层采用百/千兆大背板，大缓存POE供电交换机，搭建最高配置带宽链路；
3、链路介质：接入层链路全部以就近原则，采用CAT6类网线连接与传输，再经各供电交换机上联端口连接到各单元汇聚交换机，减少多级串联，方便建成后整个系统的管理与维护；
4、设备配置：接入层采用光网视4口百兆POE交换机、8口全千兆PoE供电交换机，10/18/26口全千兆PoE供电交换机；汇聚层用28口万兆网管弱三层以太网交换机。
