TortoiseSVN method may be utilized as follows:
1. In the given class is the root directory of the workspace, proceed as follows: TortoiseSVN-> clean up
2. And then svn commit, or again in eclipse project selection team-> freash / cleanup, and then submit

If you have an error on the first error file svn update to the latest version, then submit. And then edit your own versions and then submitted once.
