The basic problem is the port is not open server security group which has released about 25 ports

The solution to port 25
1, log on to Tencent cloud management console ; 2, move the mouse to the top menu bar on your username, automatic pop-up drop-down, click on the " 25-port re-opened " as shown below:

Note that: Tencent cloud limit the number of reopened five times, will be prompted to unseal the remaining amount of current, such as: "The current quota remaining reopened: 5 times."
