iTerm2 3.3.0 release, Mac terminal artifact

iTerm2 is  iTerm  successor, also Terminal replacement. This is a terminal emulator for macOS, support split window, hotkeys, search, auto-filled, no mouse copy, paste history, instant replay and other features. 3.3.0 version has been released, as follows:

New features

  • Added Python scripting API, to support a wide range of configuration and customization
  • A script status bar has been added 13 built-in configurable components
  • Two new themes: Minimal (reduce visual clutter), Compact (Tab to move the title bar to save space, while maintaining the general appearance MacOS applications)
  • Session, tabs, and window title has been modified to make it more flexible and easier to understand. You can now configure them separately and choose the information displayed in each profile. Integrate them with the new Python scripting API
  • Labels can now have an icon: An icon indicates the application is running, or each profile a fixed icon
  • Now supports the display of six images
  • Adding menu items are arranged in a uniform spaced panes, in tmux, it uses tile layouts
  • Greatly improved support for background images: they can now split across the pane, and you can adjust their way to avoid a telescopic zoom
  • Added new trigger types to convert text into a hyperlink
  • Add a new utility "it2git", which allows git git status bar component displays status on a remote host. The installation utility, and then view the ~ / .iterm2 / it2git for further explanation
  • Adds support for automatically restart at the end of the session
