RouterOS PPPOE dial-up and fixed IP configuration Internet
NOTE: PPPOE dial are two conditions:
The first is light cat has become a bridge mode is set up, we can dial directly above the router.
The second is the cat-generation of dial-up, the router can get a static IP directly online. (ROS as a secondary route)
The second way if you want to read first, then we need to find what the master operator to handle it, into the bridge.
First on topological now! We want to configure the blue part of it.
Topology
First, we assume that the account is ppp1, the password is ppp1
First, the configuration of PPPOE dial
1. Click Interface> Click the +> Click PPPoE Client
At this time, a pop-up window, click General, select dial interface (I have here is the third Ethernet port)
Then click Dial Out, the first to write relevant information, and then click OK to
2. The saw is described beginning with R connected on
Second, a fixed IP
And a first fixed IP configuration similar to LAN IP, as shown in FIG topology, the Telecom and China Unicom solid fixed IP IP is assumed 100.1.1.121/29,100.2.2.193/29
So we need to configure both the IP address in the IP.
Do you think it is done this way?
You also can not access it ~ ~ ~
Third, configure nat Internet
Click IP> Firewall, NAT jump to
We need to add three new rules. Are dial-up, IP-telecommunications, China Unicom IP's.
After switching to the Action Here, selection Masquerade (camouflage), and then click OK.
The same two rules to do more, NAT rules are the Telecom and China Unicom.
Internet yet? But in fact, almost the same as dial-up, then a default route has been added, but the Telecom and China Unicom, the green has not yet static routing it to heaven!
Fourth, configure a default route Telecom and China Unicom, fixed IP access to the Internet
Click IP> Routes
Click the plus sign, the gateway to fill in, two routing tables!
Fill out can be online!
Explain the five different routes distance values
You can see the routing table like this, what does that mean, respectively, represent?
Everyone can see that we use to detect the ping gateway (CheckGateway figure).
The default value is PPPoE minimum distance routing highest priority, default Internet this go first. If the ping detects PPPOE dropped, then the default route will pick to distance telecommunications Route 2, which is the top telecommunications. Similarly, again on top of the Unicom.
The advantage is that the default route redundant function, users no perception of ROS automatically switched networks to help exports, we have a lot less trouble.
This feature is similar to Cisco SLA Track floating static routes, but many commands that fight, where you can step.
These are the Router OS PPPOE Internet and fixed IP configuration.
