IT rookie of the router base configuration (static, dynamic, default route)

Router: connecting different network devices
The difference between consumer-grade enterprise-class routing and routing: different number of standby ( Standby amount )
: Waiting amount while the number of the terminal device is turned on
The higher the amount of standby value, the better the performance of the routing
Villa Routing, represents a good signal, and has nothing to do performance
Switch: backplane bandwidth (terminology) is the transmission speed of the inner

Gateway : it is used to handle the different data communications network
General gateway address is the address of the router
no any operation of the entry into force can be used so that no failure

ip route 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0

S-static static routes: tell the router not HowNet segment

C-connect direct routes

Principle of dynamic routing: declare + learning

router rip into the dynamic routing configuration mode
network declare themselves to HowNet segment
network 192.168.1.0
network 192.168.2.0
:( dynamic routing feature limitations)
1, does not declare learn (if you do not declare, then you can not learn)
Static routing and dynamic routing can not be mixed use (news is not binding)
2, dynamic routing will continue to consume network , network resources
3, dynamic routing has a restricted range ( maximum number of hops dynamic routing is 16 hops )

Default route (IP address: 0.0.0.0 Subnet Mask: 0.0.0.0)
S* 0.0.0.0/0 is directly connected
When two default routes to set a router, using a polling form of data transmission:
When generating the data packet, to send a left side, a right side of recurrence, a left and one right, data is transmitted alternately from the two ports (regardless of the port from which the data packet enters)
Default route is generally used in marginal routes on
Marginal (route name): the internal network is connected to the external network (the side of the connection terminal while a connection route)
: Default route usually disposed stub network (intranet and extranet junction of) the marginal route
