1. To load maps offline, you first need to localize the online map, that is to download a local tile format. You can use BIGEMAP Maps Downloader to download offline maps:

FineReport can be loaded directly loaded directly WMS and TMS tile format, but the format does not recommend the use of WMS personal, because WMS is spliced into a map in transit to the preceding, this efficiency is not high, the user experience is not good, it is recommended to use TMS tile.
