Symptoms:

• Use Xshell access ubuntu server, can not connect

  

• xshell test non-root user, you can connect properly, but still can not access the root user

Solution:

1. Modify the /etc/ssh/sshd_configfile to PermitRootLogin Prohibit-passwordadd #comment out

2. New add:PermitRootLogin yes

3. Restart the ssh service /etc/init.d/ssh restart

4. Reuse root connection, ok!
