Install the software, if error, so handle
tarena@ubuntu:~$ ps afx|grep apt
2753 pts/0 S+ 0:00 | \_ grep --color=auto apt
tarena@ubuntu:~$ sudo kill -9 2753
Listed in the apt use, and then kill it, install the ok
sudo apt install ...
