Certificate verification failed when WSL uses sudo apt update

Certificate verification failed occurs when WSL uses sudo apt update after changing the source.

Solution

Change all https in sources.list to http:

sudo vim /etc/apt/sources.list

I use Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, Tsinghua source, as follows:
