Article 106 1. New Civil Act
Institutions of a public affairs management functions authorized by law of staff in addition to workers and service personnel, manage the approval reference to this Law.
Colleges and universities belong to institutions of a public affairs management functions for the law.
2. The civil servants must abide by discipline, following acts are prohibited: (c) negligence, thereby adversely affecting the work;
(E) to suppress criticism and retaliate;
(Vi) fraud, misleading, deceptive leaders and the public;
(Vii) corruption, bribery, bribery, used his position for personal gain for themselves or others;
(Xiii) a violation of professional ethics, social ethics;
(Xiv) participate in or profit-making activities, part-time positions in business or other for-profit organizations;
(Xv) absenteeism or because of going out, leave expires without justification fails to return;
